Cancellation

We offer a no quibble cancellation policy so if for any reason you need to cancel your booking you are free to do so up to one day before the hire date.

What If Rain Stops Play

We are also happy for you to cancel on the day without penalty if its raining or showing a high chance of rain on your day of hire. We will of course do our very best to accomodate you on different day.

Please note that if you have already accepted delivery then the full hire fee will be due.

Delivery Area

We offer a free delivery and collection service within a 20 mile radius of truro plus wadebride and redruth and any villages on the way.

Dont worry if you are out of the area as we would be pleased to deliver further out for a small fee to cover fuel costs. Please phone for details.
